Very much in the style of the popular TV show, teams compete head to head on a series of short 15-20 minute challenges. The challenges are a combination of mental, physical and cerebral tasks so that teams will make use of a range of skills throughout the session
As they work their way around the challenges they win points or fun money according to their success and ability to work successfully as a team. The team with the most points or money takes the winners' medals at the end of the day.
Effective communication, working well together and time management are all important factors in being successful at this activity and teams will learn to work quickly and effectively whilst under time pressure.
